Dear Mr. Jawad, I wanted to thank you for the interest and care you and your staff showed me on my visits to the Burns Dressing Unit at Queen Mary. The staff treated with professionalism and genuine kindness. Treatment was painful but I was told what to expect and then given clear, firm instructions on what I needed to do. Thank you all very much.
